We are a Global classified listing creation and syndication service. What that means is that you create a classified listing just once, and we'll help you distribute it to many of the leading classifieds sites and search engines. We'll also host a dedicated landing page on our site and give you additional tools such as gadgets and personal galleries to help you gain even more exposure.

How do I sign up?
Go to the Sign Up page and provide your email address and choose a username and password. We'll send you a confirmation email with a link you'll need to follow in order to activate your account. To help ensure you get the email, please add info@sawitonline.com to your address book.

How do I activate my account?
After you sign up, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. Click on the activation link in the email to activate your account and get started. If you don't receive a confirmation email from us within a couple of minutes, please check your "bulk" or "spam" email folders. Sometimes email filters incorrectly tag valid emails as spam. Otherwise, please contact us at support@sawitonline.com.

How do I create a listing?
Once you have logged into your account, on the right side of the page you will see "Create a New Listing" with a dropdown field below. Select the category the best describes your listing and then click "Create." This will take you to the EDIT screen in which you will enter all pertinent information about your listing. Be sure to be as detailed as possible. The more information you provide, the better you chances of someone viewing your listing.

What is the "Account URL" that I am required to fill out during registration?
The Account URL will be your personalized website address for your Gallery of listings that will be created on Sawitonline.com. You can distribute your unique address to your potential clients so that they can access all of your listings directly. For example, if you wanted to create the URL "LindaRealEstate.sawitonline.com" you would enter "LindaRealEstate" in the field for your requested account URL. Please do not enter any spaces or special characters in this field, only alphanumeric values. Do not confuse this with your own personal website address. You will have a chance to create links to your personal website address once you have created your account.

How do I edit my listing?
From your Listing Control Panel, click on the EDIT button next to the listing you wish to edit.

I receive an error  when trying to post my listing on Craigslist stating that my content is too large, What do I do?
Craigslist has a 30,000 character limit on the content of listings. With the combination of our html code and your description, there is a slight chance that the overall html code may exceed 30,000 characters. In these instances, the solution would be to reduce the content of your description.

What is the main difference between the Free and Premium accounts?

Our premium accounts give users the ability to create more listings (depending on the package you select), enhanced user profile (which means you can now include your company logo and personal photo on each listing), and super-sized images that will be displayed below your listing.

I forgot my username and/or password. What can I do?
If you forget either your username or password, go to the Password Retrieval page. After providing the email address you signed up with, you'll be emailed your username along with your password You can change your password by clicking on the My Account tab.

How long does it take for my listing to appear in the different directories?
You will be able to post your listings manually to Craigslist, eBay, Backpage, LiveDeal, Kijiji and other html based sites instantly. Our system will automatically submit your listing to our partner sites in 24 hours or less. Partner sites may not include your listing if it has missing or incomplete data, such as pricing and location, or if it violates their terms of use.

Is my personal and billing information secure?
Your member account information is secure and we do not re-sell your personal information. Your account information is saved on our secure server and is only used by you for your listings. You can shop at Sawitonline.com online with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

• 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
• Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
• Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

What if I am having trouble creating my listing?
You can email us at anytime at support@sawitonline.com. A member of our technical support team will respond to your questions in less than 24 hours (actually, we are a lot faster).

Is Sawitonline affiliated with Craigslist or other classifieds sites?
Sawitonline is not affiliated with Craigslist, eBay, Livedeal, Backpage or the other classifieds aggregators where our listings appear.

How do I edit my contact information and preferences?
You can edit contact information and preferences by clicking on the My Account link at the top of page. Click the edit link next to the section you want to edit and make the necessary changes. Note that you cannot change your username.

Where can I add my personal photo and company logo?
You can add a photo and company logo from your My Account page. Your photo and logo will appear on all of your listings next to your contact information and on your Gallery. Note: This feature is only available to premium account users.

What is a Gallery?
Gallery is your personal webpage to showcase all of your listings. You'll be able to customize it with a persona photo, company logo, a personalized URL and an About Me page where you can describe your services.

What's the difference between "Draft" and "Published" modes?
You can save your Sawitonline listing in draft mode if it's incomplete or if you want to stage it. Once it's ready to go live, simply publish it from your Listing Control Panel. Keep in mind that only listings in the "Published" state are syndicated to partner sites.

How do I upload my photos?
After you've entered all your listing information, you'll have an opportunity to upload photos Just browse for the files on your PC and click the upload button once you're finished.

How many photos can I upload?
Depending on your package, you may upload either 10 or 25 photos. You can upload 5 photos at a time. After you upload the first 5, you'll have an opportunity in a subsequent step to upload more photos.

Do the photos need to be a certain format and size?
We only accept files saved in jpg format. Size is not a problem as they are resized and optimized for web photos and your PDF listings.

How long does it take for my listing information to appear on the other sites?
Our syndication partners will generally index your listing within 24 hours. Note that Trulia can take up to 72 hours.
Note: If you have incomplete or inaccurate information (e.g. you don't include the property address), your listing may not be processed by our syndication partners.

How can I locate my listing on your partner sites?
Since we don't have control over our partner sites, we cannot confirm that every listing was indexed. It can sometimes be difficult to locate your listings, but the best way is to to search for unique identifiers (part of the listing subtitle, name, address, etc.) on the respective third party sites. Due to the volume of listings that are processed daily and then independently reviewed from partner sites, we are unable to accept requests to verify individual listing submission.
 

If I sign up for a 10 listing package, and my listings expire or are deleted, do I still have the ability to create up to 10 listings?

Yes. Whether you delete your listings or they expire, you will always have the capacity to create up to your subscription limit. This month you may create 10 real estate listings, next month you can change these to 10 vehicle listings. We don't care how you use them, but please use them. All!

What happens when my listing expires?

When your listing expires, you will receive an email notification. You can then login to your account and either re-publish, update, delete or leave the listing in the expired state.

Will my Sawitonline listing be automatically submitted to Craigslist, eBay or LiveDeal?
No. Craigslist prohibits automatic submission or "posting agents" to post on behalf of others. You will need to manually create a Craigslist post and copy/paste the provided HTML code into the description box. The same is true for and other sites where you have manually created your listing.

I am trying to obtain the HTML code, but nothing happens when I click on the Craigslist, eBay or other HTML code tabs.

The html codes are only available IF your listing is in the PUBLISHED state. Be sure to publish your listings before you attempt to generate the html code.

If I modify or renew my listing, will the changes be automatically reflected on Craigslist?
No. You have to retrieve the modified HTML code and re-enter it into your existing Craigslist post. You will need to locate the activation email from Craigslist to modify your post.

Why does my Sawitonline listing appear different on Craigslist?
Due to the restrictions on the code and content permitted on Craigslist, the HTML version will display a bit differently. The most notable difference is concerning links. Third party links violate Craigslist's terms of use, therefore links are not present on Craigslist listings.

What do I need to know about Craigslist terms of use?
If you use Sawitonline to post on Craigslist, you must read and abide by the Craigslist terms of use. Listings that do not conform with Craigslist's Terms of Use are generally flagged and promptly removed from their servers.

How do I cancel my  account on Sawitonline?
In the highly unlikely event that you decide to cancel your account with us, simply send an email to cancel@sawitonline.com with your registered username and we will cancel your account. For premium account holders, please send your cancellation request in at least 5 business days before your renewal date to allow us time to cancel your billing subscription.
