Cottage Profile Private, 1000 square foot, three bedroom, waterfront cottage located on the shores of Lake Huron near Bradley Harbour. The main living area of the cottage has beautiful pine flooring, comfortable seating for six and large windows where you can relax and enjoy the view of the Lake Huron shoreline. A television with satellite is there for you if you need something to do on those rainy days, and there is a second television with DVD in the bedroom for the kids. Baseboard heating in the main living area and bedrooms will help take the chill off cool spring and autumn nights. For family dinners there is plenty of room with a dining room table and seating for six so you can enjoy holiday meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking convenience during your stay. Fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher are all provided. Patio doors lead from the kitchen out to the lakeside deck where you can barbeque and enjoy a meal outdoors at the patio table and chairs. A small table and two chairs are located in the kitchen area for a quick snack or a morning cup of coffee. The cottage has three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen and there is also an extra TV with satellite in this room. Bedroom two has a queen, and the third contains two single beds. The one bathroom at the cottage is a four piece with both tub and shower. There are two decks attached to the cottage, one on the side facing the lake and one in back. The deck overlooking the lake provides front row seating to watch the sunset over Lake Huron, a magnificent view. Directly in front of the cottage is a pond, over which a stone walkway runs. This path leads down to the water's edge. The pond is great fun for children in your party to see the frogs in a natural habitat. A short walkway takes you over this pond to an excellent swimming spot down at the shoreline. The terrain here consists of stony rubble with some flat stone. Swim shoes are recommended. A small, attractive sandy beach is located down the road from the cottage (only a 5 minute walk away), a great alternative for those with small children in the party who are looking to build sandcastles. The cottage is centrally located on the Bruce Peninsula. The fishing villages of Lion's Head and Tobermory, the Bruce Trail, Bruce Peninsula National Park and the spectacular cliffs of Georgian Bay are only a 20-minute drive away As one of the last major undeveloped stretches of Lake Huron shoreline, this is a great area for bike trips or hikes. Additional amenities include: outside deck: 250 square feet, baseboard heating, four-piece, floor area: 984 square feet, fire pit - at waters edge, beds: 2 queens, number of baths: one, water source: well, number of bedrooms: 3, stereo with cd/ipod dock/usb, clothes line, two singles.
