Reports to: Team Leader on site
Purpose for the Position:
To set up banquet linens, place settings and center pieces, serve all food and beverages ad clear away all dishes, table linens in a professional manner and in compliance with ATS policies and procedures.
Set up all banquet function table linens, china, silverware, glass ware, and other center pieces as required by ATS client.
Sets up waiting and beverage stations as required
Sets up all perishable items for banquet services such as bread, butter, cream, and etc.
Clears away all dishes and items used in the service of a banquet, including linens as required.
Ensures the proper storage of all items from equipment to perishable foods.
Maintian work areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
Abides by ATS, company, and client rules and regulations
Relieves other employees allowing breaks during shift.
Performs other related duties required
Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance to what the ATS ' client wants.
Knows and complies will all company policies and procedures to this position and its duties.
Skills and abilities:
-Use arithmetic to total costs and make change when necessary
-Talk with different kinds of people to find out what services they want and to give them information when necessary.
-Stand or walk for varying lenghts of time, sometimes for long periods.
-Move fingers and hands easily and quickly to handle things like dishes, money and merchandise.
-Lift and carry things like heavy trays when necessary.
-Must be 18 years or older
-Must be eligible for employment in the United States
-Must be able to pass criminal background and on the spot drug testing
-Must have Vaild Drivers License and own transportation
